Middle: 04:54 UT, clear, humidity 10%, wind speed 5.0 m/s, seeing 1.0" (DIMM)

End: 09:23 UT, thin clouds, humidity 6%, wind speed 2.5 m/s, seeing 1.1" (DIMM)

Very difficult night tonight.   After SOFI switchover, problems arose with LOEM access, communication, noise faults in SOFI, difficulty identifying at least one transient. Delays meant some targets were abandoned (including two critical ones). List is below.
