Calibrations: Bias, arcs and sky flats (g, r)

Notes:  Pointing restrictions due to high winds until almost the end of the night. We had to observe targets with declinations lower than -33 degrees. We used some backup targets. Seeing was poor and variable in the early night, stabilized at the end of the night. The DIMM seeing monitor showed unrealistic values at times (see spreadsheet). The estimated seeing from the images seemed to hover around 2 for most of the night.
