 due to some instrument problems before the night 

Twilight calibrations: BgVri sky flats taken in the morning

seeing 0.85" at 04:19, it jumped to higher values before that.

Weather: clear sky.

00:16 image analysis, problems with the instrument, the images do no show signal from any sources, like there was an interruption of the optical path. A technician went to the NTT to check. The problem was solved, we started observing the first target with about 30 min delay.
