For those of you arriving on either 14th (or morning/afternoon on 15th), we will arrange a place for you to work and login. We will have some informal discussions on Data Reduction and Alert team, and then Andrea is organising a meeting of the Alert Team in the afternoon. When you arrive, ask for me at Physics Reception.

Dinner - Plan is to meet at the Taphouse Bar at around 19:00 and go to the Scalini Restaurant (Italian) at 19:30-20.00. Both venues are in the Botanic area, less than 5mins walk from Queen's. See map.

The meeting will be hosted by the Astrophysics Research Centre, in the Main Physics and Astronomy Building. This is right next to the main University Building, on University road. See this Google Map.
