The meeting will start on Monday morning (9:30) 14/09 and will end on Tuesday afternoon 15/09.
This will be a hybrid meeting, although in-person attendance is encouraged, as we have not had a meeting in 3 years. Please state your form of attendance below.
The meeting will be held in the School of Physical, Chemical and Environmental Sciences (ex School of Physics and Astronomy) in the Queen's Building north, 3rd floor (a more precise info will appear in August). Access to the site is suggested from the Parade. An accessible entrance is located on the right end of the building when looking at the entrance (see here for an accessibility map also indicating points of access, issues and toilet distribution).
There are several hotels (and B&B) close to the venue, which is, nevertheless, at a walk distance from the city centre (up to 20 mins from Cardiff Central Station and 18 min from Cardiff Castle). Nearby hotels include: easyHotel Cardiff City Centre, Leonardo Hotel Cardiff, Hotel Indigo Cardiff by IHG or Hilton Cardiff and Park Plaza if you feel fancy.
The closest airports are Cardiff City Airport (limited connections) and Bristol Airport (a bit more than 1 hour from/to Cardiff city centre). From the latest, you will need to get a bus or bus+train, see Trainline, Flixbus (it might be the cheapest) or National Express .
