Sept 4:  SOFI & EFOSC2 night, photometry and spectroscopy

Clear sky at the beginning of the night with persistent cirrus towards the second half 

Humidity < 15% / wind speed 5-15 m/s (high speeds only at the beginning of the night)

Moon: 52%
