Start: Some high clouds, seeing was ~1.0 for first hour but then quickly rose to 3
Middle: High clouds -> Restricted to only observe targets close to zenith, seeing varies between 1.5 and 3
End: Finally the clouds disappear and seeing stays moderate (1-1.5)
