Where to stay
We reserved blocks of rooms at special prices in a few hotels/B&B which are either located near the Osservatorio Astronomico or in the city centre until to the **15th of September**.
For info : Most people are likely to stay near the city centre as this is more convenient for the social events, meaning one trip to and from the Observatory each day.
When asking for reservation please specify that are you attending the PESSTO meeting at the Osservatorio Astronomico di Capodimonte (stating in your reservation message: "Opzione Osservatorio Astronomico di Capodimonte").
From there, you can reach the Observatory by taxi.
We strongly suggest to share the taxi and reserve them by the hotel reception (you can ask for a 5/6 seats taxi, about 11-15 €).
