Sept 4:  SOFI & EFOSC2 night, photometry and spectroscopy
Clear sky at the beginning of the night with persistent cirrus towards the second half 
Humidity < 15% / wind speed 5-15 m/s (high speeds only at the beginning of the night)
Moon: 52%

Clear sky / DIMM seeing: 0.8" / Humidity < 15% / Wind speed ~ 15 m/s
--> we cannot observe southern than ~<-30deg in DEC (as planned with 
SOFI)

- Moving back to EFOSC
